Hi, I'm Liza
As a mom of four active children, I am right in the trenches with you. It's not easy. Nonetheless, I am personally blessed to have served in full time children, parent, and youth ministry at Saddleback Valley Community Church as well as serve as the clinical director for the Journeys Counseling Ministry Mission Viejo office. Between my close to 20 years of full time ministry and over a decade of practicing as a licensed marriage and family therapist, My first lesson is that great parenting is not a destination but a journey that we do on the go.
